Perhaps FPIES’s greatest gift to me has been that it has forced me to spend more time in the kitchen, making my son healthy recipes from whole foods.  I’ve done a lot of scouring of the internet to find foods that will work for him and might even taste good.  I’ve adapted some of these recipes and use some of them the way the are published. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

*If you use your own adaptations and substitutions, please leave a message in the comments to let us know how it went.
